Design is more than visuals, it’s a language that shapes connection, trust, and action.
I’m Mehrnaz Kokabi, a Creative Director with over 15 years of experience shaping brand systems, creative direction, and visual narratives across technology, public sector, education, and nonprofit spaces. I focus on transforming complex ideas into clear, inclusive, and meaningful design experiences that build trust and engagement.
My work spans brand identity, design strategy, and multi-channel execution across digital, print, experiential, and community platforms. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams, built scalable design systems, and guided organizations through brand evolution—balancing creative vision with strategic clarity, accessibility, and long-term sustainability. Mentoring designers and strengthening both craft and process is a core part of my practice.
Alongside my corporate and public-sector work, I serve as Creative Art Director (Advisory) at Autism Today Foundation, where I guide brand direction and visual systems with particular care for accessibility, empathy, and cognitive clarity, ensuring communication connects meaningfully with diverse audiences and communities.
I believe the strongest design emerges when strategy and creativity move together. My approach is grounded in intention, collaboration, and long-term thinking—designing systems that endure, not just outputs.
